Speed to Market
Supply Chain Collaboration
Industry Knowledge & Experience
1. Speed to Market:
With three U.S. production sites, we are well-equipped to work closely with our customers, offering quick sample turnarounds and technical solutions.
Our approach to the marketplace is customer driven, innovating to solve challenges facing the OEM and processing communities. Our specialty products meet a broad range of specifications utilizing most engineering resins. Additionally, we can create custom formulations to meet specific requirements. We can accommodate 55 pounds up to a truckload.
3. Technology-Driven Solutions:
Our commitment to providing quality technical solutions for the plastics industry means we rely on state-of-the-art technology to address customers’ changing requirements. Our management team has more than 136 years of plastics compounding experience. When taking these factors into account, it results in deep resources for our customers, as well as cost-effective solutions.
4. Supply Chain Collaboration (OEM, Processor):
We collaborate with customers, suppliers, members of the design community, and our own internal teams to develop solutions and drive innovation. As part of this, our teams work with customers to define their performance criteria, establish measurement systems, and standardize a manufacturing process. We offer assistance at every design phase: material choices, manufacturing and delivery, and technical support.
5. Industry Knowledge & Experience:
For more than a decade, Techmer ES has been driving advancement in the engineered plastics market. Led by an experienced management team, we consistently bring new products to market, with an average rate of five to seven per month. We share resources with our parent company, Techmer PM, and collaborate on industry conferences and events, including Fibertech.
6. Customer-Centric Innovation:
Our ability to successfully innovate and develop applications is based on taking time to understand our customers, their business, and products. This requires an outside-in approach to grasp the factors presenting challenges, versus an inside-out mindset. The bottom line: we work with customers to understand their problems so we can effectively focus our efforts on solving problems.
